• Join Veta Virtual as an Operations Assistant – Tax & Financial Services! • Work remotely with a leading US-based tax and accounting company, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless operations. • You’ll support high-net-worth clients and businesses, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution of administrative and operational tasks. • Responsibilities include client coordination, administrative support, calendar management, discovery call assistance, and marketing & sales support.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a relevant role such as administrative assistance, client coordination, or financial services support. • Prior experience working with financial services clients or high-net-worth individuals, demonstrating a high level of discretion and professionalism. • Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling tools, and familiarity with handling confidential documents. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, maintaining a professional and approachable tone. • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, especially when managing sensitive client information. • Proven ability to handle confidential reports and documents with integrity.
