Description

• Manage prioritization among projects to effectively manage schedules, achieve a balance of capabilities and address resource needs. • Establish, track, and analyze product line performance metrics and take action to address issues. • Frequent communication with high-level decision-makers, program managers, and customers regarding the operational status and customer requirements. • Knowledge of agile DevSecOps methodologies (CICD) and SAFe framework is a must • Assess product and project risks and provide feedback for risk mitigation and contingency plans developed by PM and Engineering. • Understand and be able to communicate all issues within the Engineering and Project Management groups. • Identify and manage organizational and customer conflicts. • Improve relevant development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other Engineering or technical discipline. • 3-5 years of relevant experience is required. • Experience in product road mapping and product sustainment activities • Display a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results, self-starter and self-directed. • Multiple years of experience working in an Agile Software Development environment, including strong working knowledge of the methodology. • Experience being customer-centric, acting with a customer mindset (external or internal) and building strong relationships with customers.
