📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, administering technical assessments, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates. • Develop sourcing strategies and timelines for job openings, adjusting as necessary to meet hiring needs. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. • Evaluate candidates for overall fit and confirm qualifications through pre-screening interviews. • Support the business development team by building a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles. • Review a high volume of applications daily, maintain the applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in federal contracts, Healthcare IT, or staffing agencies. • Proven success in a remote work environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques. • Ability to follow employment laws and regulations e.g. DOL, OFCCP, EEO, ADA, etc. • Excellent communications and negotiation skills • Ability to obtain a government clearance
