β’ Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, administering technical assessments, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates. β’ Develop sourcing strategies and timelines for job openings, adjusting as necessary to meet hiring needs. β’ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. β’ Evaluate candidates for overall fit and confirm qualifications through pre-screening interviews. β’ Support the business development team by building a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles. β’ Review a high volume of applications daily, maintain the applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. β’ Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in federal contracts, Healthcare IT, or staffing agencies. β’ Proven success in a remote work environment. β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. β’ Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques. β’ Ability to follow employment laws and regulations e.g. DOL, OFCCP, EEO, ADA, etc. β’ Excellent communications and negotiation skills β’ Ability to obtain a government clearance
