β’ Veza is the data security platform built on the power of authorization. β’ Using our platform, organizations are able to understand, manage, and control who can and should take what action on what data. β’ We're building an iconic cloud data security company for the multi-cloud era. β’ You will create, optimize, and analyze lead generation campaigns, including webinars, podcasts, marketing events, and advertising sponsorships. β’ Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive alignment on campaigns, ensuring pipeline and revenue growth. β’ Build weekly data insights and performance metrics to refine and optimize campaign strategies. β’ Continuously improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI across multiple marketing channels. β’ Build strong relationships with Sales leadership to ensure alignment with GTM strategies, driving measurable pipeline and sales results. β’ Manage and allocate the demand generation budget efficiently across channels and programs. β’ Recruit, lead, and develop a diverse, high-performing demand generation and campaigns team. β’ Understand and address customer needs at every stage of the buyer's journey.
β’ 8+ years of Demand Generation experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B, SaaS, or Cybersecurity company. β’ Proven experience running integrated campaigns from inception to execution. β’ Deep knowledge of enterprise organizations' decision-making processes. β’ Expertise in creating programs for each stage of the buyer's journey that add value, create engagement, and drive action. β’ Experience building shared measurement frameworks to track and optimize demand generation outcomes. β’ Strong analytical skills to measure and iterate campaign success. β’ Historical understanding and empathy for customer and product user needs. β’ Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and organizational abilities. β’ Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning with senior leadership. β’ Nice to Have: Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
β’ Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. β’ This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
