• Meet with potential new customers to educate them on our clients, products, promotions, or any sales opportunities that will excite the consumer and exceed their needs. • Train with our top executives to understand our clients, services, and company goals. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and fellow vFairs Customer Support Representative team members. • Utilize current knowledge to create and implement strategies that will increase company revenue and profitability. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies. • Professionally represent the company and abide by all company policies when interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in English (both verbal and written). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong empathy, active listening skills, and a genuine desire to assist customers. • Organized and process-oriented, skilled in connecting and managing information. • Proactive, self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset. • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. • Familiarity with CRM systems and office software. • Positive, team-oriented attitude with high self-motivation. • Comfortable engaging with customers over Zoom and phone. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
