Description

• Work with leads to understand their requirements and determine if our product is the solution to their problem. • Create sales presentations that clearly convey the value proposition to prospects. • Communicate customer use cases to the product team and collaborate with them to ensure optimal product fit. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to become a technical expert on the product. • Train customer teams on product use and identify (and resolve) issues in their processes. • Set and achieve quarterly quotas. • Partner with senior leadership to identify and improve inefficiencies in the sales process. • Attend professional events and workshops to build and maintain networks.

Requirements

• Experience in handling and troubleshooting enterprise IT environments (networks, systems, security) - A MUST. • 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect for SaaS companies - A MUST. • Knowledge of cybersecurity terminology - A MUST. • Familiarity with various operating systems, including Linux, Mac, and Windows, and troubleshooting. • A desire to work as part of a small, flexible, do-it-all team — self-driven, proactive, and excellent at time management. • Understanding of the enterprise cybersecurity ecosystem and processes. • Confidence in public speaking.
