• Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of patient access tools including online self-scheduling and referral management. • Work collaboratively with Clinical, Product, and IT leadership to manage the application's go-live and roll-out. • Manage changes to the system when requested by Clinical leadership in a timely fashion. • Produce reports regularly about the utilization of the various online systems. • Design workflows for patient self-scheduling, virtual registration, and centralized scheduling. • Mine data from multiple sources to discover key analytical insights for decision support. • Monitor system analytics to identify opportunities for optimization. • Interact directly with physicians and staff to develop positive relationships. • Build and continuously monitor reports and dashboards to track key quality and efficiency metrics. • Conduct analysis, including benchmarks and performance forecasts. • Develop business and technical requirements for database and system development. • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to assess reporting needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required. • 1 - 3 years’ healthcare experience is required. • Knowledge of physician practice operations is preferred. • Master of Public Health, Health Administration, or related advanced degree will be considered a replacement for healthcare experience. • Top-tier Excel and PowerPoint • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to develop new reporting and analytics in a unique environment. • Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive leadership presentation skills. • Think clearly, communicate concisely, and collaborate always. • Thrive in a challenging environment, find peace in chaos, and absorb information quickly to create a plan. • A clear focus on delivering actionable insights to help operational customers deliver better Outcomes. • Experience with Tableau, PowerBi, and Domo is a plus. • The ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
