β€’ Own Self-Serve Activation & Engagement: Own the strategy, roadmap, and targets for activating new self-serve customers and driving repeat usage. β€’ Identify Growth Opportunities: Continuously analyze user and product data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities to optimize the user journey and drive acquisition. β€’ Develop & Test Hypotheses: Formulate data-informed hypotheses and design A/B experiments to validate assumptions and measure the impact of product changes on acquisition. β€’ Analyze & Iterate: Rigorously analyze experiment results, draw actionable insights, and iterate on product experiences to maximize conversion rates and user engagement. β€’ Conduct Customer Research: Plan and execute user research initiatives (e.g., surveys, user interviews, usability testing) to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and motivations. β€’ Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, User Research to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives. β€’ Monitor Key Metrics: Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and identify areas for improvement. β€’ Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest product-led growth best practices, tools, and technologies to ensure Vimeo remains at the forefront of user acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 6+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on growth and product adoption. β€’ Proven track record of successfully implementing product-led growth strategies that resulted in measurable user growth. β€’ Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision making. β€’ Experience with user research methodologies and a passion for understanding customer behavior. β€’ Strong analytical skills and fluency in core SaaS metrics. β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. β€’ Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment. β€’ Passion for video and the Vimeo platform.
