Description

β€’ Support key panel management activities such as new member assignments, coach transitions, and coach coverage including holidays, PTO, etc. β€’ Support supply ordering activities to ensure that members receive supplies in a timely manner. Process returns and submit daily supply orders as needed. β€’ Manage Quality Assurance logistics such as setting up spreadsheets, data entry, etc. β€’ Support new Coach onboarding activities including tool setup, profile creation, progress monitoring, and more. β€’ Collaborate with cross functional teams, like Content or Support, to provide tactical support on time sensitive projects.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years experience in project management, data analysis, or operations. Experience with employee training or onboarding is a plus. β€’ Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, keeping all stakeholders updated through clear communication. β€’ Detail oriented with ability to document effectively. β€’ Comfortable in fast-paced and rapidly-changing startup environments. β€’ Proficiency with Google sheets and Looker or similar Business Intelligence (BI) tool. β€’ Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with health coaches and health coach managers. β€’ Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement strategic solutions.
