Description

• Manage relationships with vendors, monitor project performance, ensure data accuracy, and address escalations. • Analyze reports, manage inventory, oversee reconciliation processes, and coordinate vendor operations. • Review and reconcile vendor and provider invoices to ensure accuracy. • Ensure suppliers meet commitments related to contractual SLAs, deadlines, and quality standards. • Provide administrative and operational support for vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or risk adjustment field. • Experience working with vendors in a business environment, including overseeing contractual obligations and performance metrics. • Proficiency in project management tools, Excel, and reporting software. • Knowledge of HCC coding, risk adjustment processes, and health information systems is a plus. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred but not required.
