• The Implementation Project Manager plays a critical role in managing customer data onboarding projects, working closely with both internal teams and external clients. • This external-facing position involves engaging with customers to facilitate data integration, ensuring project timelines are met, and supporting the overall onboarding process. • The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, have a good understanding of data, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. • Work closely with the Customer Success, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to develop business-focused data solutions and customer-specific data strategies. • Lead customer-facing meetings to gather client requirements, document use cases and business requirements, and align expectations. • Work closely with the data science team to drive data requirements for the modules. • Collaborate with clients to understand their data landscape, provide guidance on data preparation for onboarding, and identify any gaps in client data that may impact analysis. • Perform data mapping between client-provided attributes and BlastPoint's required data structures to ensure accurate data integration. • Support data onboarding processes by creating, reviewing, and refining attribute metadata as needed. • Collaborate with the Business Data Analysts to facilitate internal knowledge transfer and comprehensive documentation. • Utilizing Asana, manage multiple client projects in an agile fashion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data onboarding tasks. • Monitor project timelines and communicate progress, risks, and issues to clients and internal stakeholders. • Develop new processes and improve existing workflows to enhance the efficiency and quality of the onboarding experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, data onboarding, or a similar role, in a customer-facing capacity. • Familiarity with data mapping, data integration, and data quality best practices. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in project management tools (specifically Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel). • Willingness to travel periodically (2-4 times annually).
