• Manage hundreds of campaigns and craft millions of connections. • Own the world of cold outbound email campaigns. • Build scalable, tech-powered workflows that drive meaningful relationships. • Design, execute, and scale cold email campaigns generating high-quality leads. • Build and optimize workflows leveraging tools like Instantly, Apollo, Clay, and Zapier. • Oversee 300+ inboxes ensuring email health and integrations with APIs and CRMs. • Innovate using AI-driven tools to personalize campaigns and unlock growth.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in outbound marketing, sales ops, or SDR roles. • Master of tools like Instantly, Apollo, and Clay—bonus points if certified in Instantly. • Ability to manage large-scale campaigns with precision, creativity, and confidence. • Experience in building tech-powered systems that scale pipelines and automate workflows. • Analytical thinker able to transform numbers into strategy and action.
