Description

• Responsible for driving the strategic and tactical direction of the company's marketing efforts. • Lead a team of marketing professionals in supporting the sales force. • Create impactful sales tools, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand market presence. • Oversee the commercialization of marketing initiatives across multiple segments. • Drive the adoption of new innovations and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive sales growth and market expansion. • Experience in marketing within the healthcare or medical device industry, specifically in molecular diagnostics or related fields. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making, market research methodologies, and customer segmentation. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering results. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and large audiences. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in analytical tools and software for forecasting and data analysis.
