Description

• Produce on-brand, engaging, and high-quality content. • Manage the development, messaging, and processes throughout the creation of all thought-leadership and creative content. • Collaborate with the Website, SEO & Design person in the team. • Optimize email marketing sequences, track campaign performance metrics. • Build strong relationships throughout the company. • Ensure organized content management and alignment with SEO best practices. • Analyze content engagement metrics and implement strategies to improve performance across channels. • Support with developing brand strategies and wider brand messaging. • Ensure internal and external communication materials are relevant and up to date. • Coordinate file management. • Remain current on content marketing and creative trends. • Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or related field – or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3-5 years of full-time marketing experience with a software subscription product. • Deep literacy around content strategy, as well as brand and performance marketing. • A deep understanding of the mechanics of producing must-read content. • Proven ability to create enticing campaigns, not just one-off pieces. • Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, uncertain outcomes and iteration. • Proficiency with Hubspot. • Proficiency with Business ByDesign (CRM) a plus. • Ability to collaborate with various teams. • Understand SEO and best practices for content writing. • Excellent organizational skills. • Personable and resilient individual. • Excellent time management skills. • An interest and knowledge in AI.
