📋 Description
• Drive the strategic direction and success of our products. • Own the product backlog, define release cadences. • Collaborate across teams for product development. • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, customers, development teams. • Ensure products align with market needs and business objectives. • Manage product backlog, define strategic work. • Define product release schedules, ensure timely delivery. • Provide insights on resource allocation. • Identify and mitigate risks to product releases. • Collaborate to maintain alignment with company processes. • Work with other Product Owners, Business Analysts, stakeholders. • Gather and define product and service requirements. • Produce essential documents: BRDs, Business Cases, Product Plans. • Communicate product requirements across teams. • Contribute to product financial performance.
🎯 Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in Healthtech or IT industries. • Strong technical understanding balanced with commercial acumen and healthcare sector knowledge. • Product Owner certification (desirable) • Product Management / Technical background (desirable)
