β€’ Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day operations β€’ Track and update the sales pipeline β€’ Prepare reports and ensure accurate data entry in SalesForce β€’ Monitor and analyze sales pipeline metrics β€’ Manage the flow of leads from various sources β€’ Conduct research on potential sales leads β€’ Support the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships β€’ Take detailed notes during meetings β€’ Prepare regular sales reports and presentations β€’ Oversee and manage multiple projects β€’ Ensure the integrity of sales data within SalesForce β€’ Collaborate with other departments

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or similar role β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce engagement and enablement tools (i.e., Salesforce, Marketo, ChurnZero, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams β€’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities β€’ Knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and best practices β€’ Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
