Description

• Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day operations • Track and update the sales pipeline • Prepare reports and ensure accurate data entry in SalesForce • Monitor and analyze sales pipeline metrics • Manage the flow of leads from various sources • Conduct research on potential sales leads • Support the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships • Take detailed notes during meetings • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations • Oversee and manage multiple projects • Ensure the integrity of sales data within SalesForce • Collaborate with other departments

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or similar role • Proficiency in Salesforce engagement and enablement tools (i.e., Salesforce, Marketo, ChurnZero, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities • Knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and best practices • Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
