Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related degree. • Minimum of 10 years in marketing with at least 3 years of experience leading a team. • Expertise in HubSpot CRM Platform. • Fluency in web analytics tools, social media applications, digital monitoring platforms, marketing automation, client relationship management and business development tools. • Experience with customer engagement marketing. • Preferred Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related degree. • Background in at least one of the following areas: healthcare, mental and behavioral health, well-being, insurance, benefits, human resources, or employee assistance. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams (employees, consultants, agencies, content creators) to achieve company goals. • Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and teams. • Clear articulation of business goals behind the creation of lead generation and nurturing. • Experience in development and deployment of compelling messages for different target markets. • Willingness to embrace change and adapt strategies dynamically with continuous improvement. • Passion for new technology and tools that drive engagement and sales leads. • Proven writing and editorial skills. • Outstanding command of the English language. • Management experience with agency negotiations and supervision, hiring, performance reviews and compensation. • Success in creating content to drive SEO, client engagement, channel (consultant) development. • Displays VITAL WorkLife’s core values of client-centric approach, collaboration, doing the right thing and optimism.
