• Plan, implement, and direct all aspects of the sales function • Forecast sales and develop innovative sales strategies • Build long-lasting customer relationships and meet sales targets • Research accounts and generate sales leads • Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings • Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
• Minimum 2 years of expertise in B to B field sales at mid – senior level management • Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions • A good understanding of information technology, particularly web-based application • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills • Previous experience in banking sector and Card Terminals is a great plus • Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages • Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability • Strong organizational and diary management skills • Resilient and persistent, able to handle objections • A results-driven approach and strong self-drive, along with the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets • Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially • Bachelors degree • A valid driving license • Fluent in French • Excellent use of English is an advantage
