Description

• "Get the sale" using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) • Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long- lasting relationships • Meet personal and team sales targets • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads • Attend meetings sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

Requirements

• Bachelors degree • Minimum 2 years of expertise in B to B field sales at mid – senior level management • Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions • A good understanding of information technology, particularly web-based application • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills • Previous experience in banking sector and Card Terminals is a great plus • Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages • Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability • Strong organizational and diary management skills • Resilient and persistent, able to handle objections • A results-driven approach and strong self-drive, along with the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets • Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially • Fluent in French • Excellent use of English is an advantage
