Description
• Support the technical aspects of the sales process • Be the technology and product expert • Assist the sales team and the wider business in responding to RFPs • Guide evaluating customers through the onboarding process • Continue to support customers until they are ready to be handed over to support team
Requirements
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar technical role • Experience of sales technology, processes and deal pipelines, EdTech and SaaS knowledge advantageous • Experience of working within a commercial sales team • Demonstratable experience of working with wired networking technology including switch and firewall configuration • Demonstratable experience of working with wireless networking including WAP configuration
