Description
• Solution Architects guide customers to develop fast, reliable and scalable applications with Hazelcast’s platform • Main point of contact during the pre-sales process providing expert guidance, technical assistance and strategic counsel • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Product Management, Customer Support and Engineering
Requirements
• Strong credentials as a solution architect • Coding background in Java or similar languages (C#, C++) with experience in Kubernetes or Helm • Experience with clustered architectures or stream processing and event-driven architectures • B2B pre-sales experience with databases, data streaming or stream-processing solutions • Curious, coachable, independent, resourceful and goal-driven • Strong and empathetic listener with discovery skills to understand customer needs • Guide customer with a strong point of view, challenging ideas not in their interest
