Description

• Ownership of the vision and product roadmap for our AI solution suite. Define clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with overall business goals • Design and guide engineering teams in providing short-term product deliverables that add up to a long-term strategy • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for the AI solution suite. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing presentations • Distill and surface market feedback that informs product roadmap • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers. Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at all levels • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment to maximize team productivity and innovation • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the success of the AI solution suite. Regularly monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and driving business outcomes • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in enterprise environments. Experience in AI product development or commercialization is highly desirable • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving business priorities • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
