Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Recent graduates with a relevant degree are highly encouraged to apply. • Skills: Strong research skills, search capabilities, and critical thinking. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Attributes: Strong desire to develop into a sales/business development resource. Enthusiasm for making cold calls and pursuing new business opportunities. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. • Experience: Previous internships or experience in business development, capture management, or government contracting is a plus but not required.
