Description

• Serve as the primary advisor and provider contact for academic medical centers and large, complex health systems. • Drive value, maximize engagement, and achieve measurable performance improvement results. • Interpret, prioritize, and deliver advanced clinical, operational, and utilization insights. • Deliver quality and accountability studies, capacity and throughput, quality of patient care, and cost-per-patient-day. • Support performance improvement strategies for provider organizations and solve problems in order to increase Vizient engagement. • Advise provider strategic leadership in performance improvement solutions for assigned facilities.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred. • Master’s degree desired. • 7 or more years of relevant experience in a healthcare quality and performance improvement role required. • Knowledge and experience with length of stay, productivity of staff, and overtime preferred. • Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred. • Performance improvement leadership experience preferred. • Experience presenting to hospital providers’ C-suite desired. • Experience working with and interpreting various types of data including clinical, operational, and supply chain desired. • Clinical background in an acute care setting preferred. • Project management experience desired. • Willingness to travel.
