Description

• Provide strategic contracting and sourcing expertise for member’s life cycle contracting needs. • Build consensus between clients, vendors, and Vizient through negotiations and creative solutions. • Design and deliver communication strategies for complex medical capital equipment contracting. • Manage the bid process and RFPs while ensuring compliance and cost savings initiatives. • Work independently with internal and external stakeholders for client-specific contracts.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred. • 5 or more years of relevant experience required. • Strong negotiation skills, heavy sourcing experience, and excellent customer service skills strongly preferred. • Prior experience in project management a plus. • Health care contracting background with a robust knowledge of negotiations and sourcing preferred. • Willingness to travel.
