Business Analyst - Implementation Specialist

Description
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements • Identify test cases and assist with data management • Configure software based on discovery sessions • Create training agendas and conduct customer trainings • Ensure successful implementation from discovery sessions to go-live • Work within a cross-functional team to deliver high quality products • Ensure clear and well-written documentation • Generate system modification specifications and test cases • Provide support to team members and other departments as directed
Requirements
• A minimum of three (3) years experience with ERP and Rental Software (preferably RentalResult) • Previous experience in software implementation or comparable relevant role • Previous experience in a technical role is preferred • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required • Good technical skills and understanding of software development cycles • Good command of written English is mandatory, other languages would be beneficial • A good understanding of Waterfall and Agile processes would be beneficial • Self-motivated, team player with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload and deliver to strict deadlines • A desire to learn and develop own skills would be an advantage
