• Responsible for sourcing new acquisitions • Develop relationships with key decision-makers • Perform deal origination activities in Latin America and Iberia • Identify vertical market software businesses that meet acquisition criteria • Add new prospects to a proprietary database • Plan and conduct prospecting campaigns through various channels • Engage owners and other stakeholders • Support M&A team in qualifying potential targets • Track activities in Salesforce
🎯 Requirements
• Strong academic history in a top tier university • Strong commercial and business sense • Good knowledge of finance and financial modeling • Ability to communicate effectively with owners, executives, and advisors • Self motivated and able to work autonomously • Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English
