• lead and develop a skilled team for customer installations • set and track team objectives • handle escalated issues for customer installation experience • provide technical support and guidance to Installation Engineers • manage escalation and resolution of security incidents or regulatory issues

Requirements

• minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience • 7+ years customer installation experience in the medical device industry • experience in SaaS software and/or Volpara software preferred • excellent communication and collaboration skills • problem identification and process management skills • strong technical documentation skills • ability to work with teams in different time zones and diverse geographic locations • proof of COVID 19 vaccination required
