Description

• Learns business process and applications. • With much guidance and oversight, performs actuarial tasks which are of a mathematical and/or higher clerical nature. • This is the entry level point for exam taking students. • Provide technical and administrative support to actuarial staff by preparing and analyzing statistical information to be used in actuarial computations. • Participate in the Actuarial Student Rotation Program

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance or other related field • 1-3 actuarial exams • Solid oral and written communication and problem solving skills • Good time management skills; ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines • Preferred experience with Excel, Word and database software and / or programming experience • Basic knowledge of related products and actuarial processes • Preferred actuarial internship(s) or one in a related field
