Description

• Price various assumed reinsurance treaties to aid decision making • Develops pricing tools and provides pricing analyses • Ensures accuracy and efficiency in actuarial analyses • Communicates actuarial findings to business leaders • Uses catastrophe modeling software for analysis • Develops methods for automating data conversion • Partners with executives to enrich underwriting guides

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required with a major or emphasis in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field • Minimum 4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Experience with catastrophe modeling software such as RMS and/or AIR is preferred • Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) or Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) designation required
