Description

• Develop and maintain actuarial models for IBNP claims across all lines of business. • Assist in quarterly earnings reporting for financial clarity. • Support budgeting and forecasting with P&L models. • Manage the Actuarial Trend Model for decision-making. • Develop actuarial studies for seasonality and trends. • Identify and present audit findings to stakeholders. • Build analytical infrastructure with reports and dashboards. • Convert operational risk data into financial insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various actuarial projects.

Requirements

• FSA or ASA credentials. • 5+ years of experience in actuarial roles. • 1+ years of experience in VBC or VBC adjacent roles. • Strong reserving skills and background. • Some experience in forecasting/pricing. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Intermediate knowledge of SQL. • Proficiency and desire to build actuarial models from scratch. • Comfortable working on a small team in a fast-paced environment.
