• Partner with Regional Vice President of Sales to direct sales activities in a geographic area selling the ABA Retirement Funds Program to the legal community. • Support onboarding experience for new Plan Sponsors starting a retirement plan. • Conduct outbound calls/emails to generate and close new leads. • Provide quality customer service and communicate product and plan design information. • Work collaboratively to exceed sales goals.
• College degree or equivalent work experience • DC Retirement Plan Administration/Document experience a plus • Series 6 & 63 licensed, or must obtain within 60 days of hire. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required • Strong communication skills & time management skills • Independent self-starter who thinks proactively
