Description

• Review and provide recommendations on underwriting policies / procedures and ensure compliance through executing QA process. • Develop informative metrics for Manager in refinement of QA program regarding adherence to risk rules. • Provide QA review for assigned underwriters and relevant coaching to close learning gaps to measure the quality of underwriting decisions. • Create methodology and tools for the Underwriting systems enhancement requirements and the subsequent testing protocols. • Support Development/Testing of Underwriting Workbench or other Rating/Administration systems for Group Health products.

Requirements

• 5+ years underwriting or actuarial experience with Group Employee Benefits products is strongly preferred • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience is a must • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High level of attention to detail
