• Actively support client's AI-driven conversational solutions. • Conduct detailed discovery sessions with customers to capture and analyze business requirements. • Develop comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed process flows. • Work closely with Client’s AI product teams to ensure requirements are represented in product designs. • Act as the main point of contact between customers, technical teams, and leadership. • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop tailored AI solutions that meet business needs. • Utilize data-driven insights to recommend improvements and enhancements to AI implementations. • Assist Project Managers in tracking deliverables and resolving blockers. • Document best practices and project artifacts that support ongoing project success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in a technology or AI-driven environment. • Previous experience working with AI, machine learning, or data analytics products. • Proven ability to lead requirement gathering sessions, create user stories, and develop solutions for complex technical projects. • Exceptional facilitation skills, capable of leading discussions with C-level executives, business users, and technical teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data analysis and business process improvement. • Deep understanding of AI technology, machine learning concepts, and their business applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive collaboration across teams. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, and MS Teams. • Proficiency with data visualization tools and AI platforms is a plus.
