β€’ Support and empower our thriving advisor community by implementing engagement strategies β€’ Provide guidance, resources, and proactive support to ensure advisors maximize their potential β€’ Foster a positive environment by overseeing advisor activities for adherence to community standards β€’ Promote high quality interactions by addressing concerns and providing support β€’ Analyze and manage advisor supply to customer demand for optimal platform performance β€’ Conduct in-depth analyses of advisor-related metrics β€’ Identify and implement opportunities for optimization in advisor performance β€’ Drive advisor performance through education and coaching programs β€’ Develop best practice guides and training materials to enhance advisor skills β€’ Collaborate on advisor-related technology tools to meet operational needs β€’ Act as a key stakeholder in cross-functional initiatives to enhance engagement and retention

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Five or more years' experience with advisor/customer management, client services, customer services, or a similar role β€’ Experience working with product features and enhancements, particularly those relevant to advisor or client platforms β€’ Experience managing and resolving support tickets β€’ Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions β€’ Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
