Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience • Seven years of direct sales experience, preferably in employee benefits or Healthcare/Insurance industry • Three years of leadership experience • History of participation in corporate special projects • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated track record in meeting sales/revenue goals • In-depth knowledge of underwriting, products, and services in the healthcare industry • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • Clean DMV record • Ability to obtain appropriate state insurance license within six months
