📋 Description

• Join this dynamic and innovative team and influence the future of Cloud Infrastructure at Vultr. • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a team of Infrastructure Operations Engineers. • Supervise daily operations of the infrastructure team, ensuring prompt response to incidents and service requests. • Spearhead physical infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. • Ensure the integrity, security, and redundancy of critical physical infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networks, and data centers. • Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal service uptime and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations (implementation & design) is required, with at least 3 of those years in a leadership role. • A proven track record of successfully leading large-scale data center projects from conception to completion. • In-depth understanding of server hardware and networking technologies, and expert knowledge of data center best practices, industry standards, and technologies. • Linux experience is required. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
