🎯 Requirements

• Passion for contributing to the dynamic and fast-paced environment of an early-stage healthcare startup. • Genuine interest in the innovative and evolving landscape of healthcare technologies and solutions. • Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, and project implementation skills. • Proactive, self-motivated, and adept at working independently and collaboratively. • Proficiency in Google Suite with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology tools. • 3+ years of experience in strategy or operations roles, with healthcare strategy or operations experience strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches. • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills to work effectively across teams. • Experience driving alignment in cross-functional environments.
