• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience. • Proven marketing leadership experience, ideally in agriculture, animal genetics, biotechnology or related industries. • Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing and commercialization. • Experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy and commercialization. • Expertise in sales enablement, messaging, and conversion optimization to support revenue growth. • Ability to manage external agencies, optimize marketing spend and budget oversight, and drive ROI. • CRM management and execution. • Strong PC skills including internet and Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Word and Excel.
