Magazine’s Best Places to Work... • As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a VP of Marketing to drive growth, build brand affinity, and expand our market leadership. • The VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that fuels customer acquisition, penetration and awareness. • This leader will oversee all aspects of marketing, including performance marketing, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, PR, content, and partnerships. • The ideal candidate has a strong track record of scaling DTC brands, is well-versed in digital growth levers, and can blend data-driven decision-making with creative storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in growth stage DTC, home services or consumer tech industries. • Proven ability to scale marketing spend while improving efficiency (CAC, LTV, ROAS). • Deep expertise in performance marketing, brand building, and lifecycle marketing. • Experience collaborating with and enabling sales teams with high-impact marketing materials. • Experience with data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics tools. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. • Exceptional storytelling ability with a customer-first mindset.A strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves and execute when needed. • Passion for outdoor living and an understanding of its benefits.
