β€’ Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the New Product Development (NPD) process, product data structure, product master data management, tools, and operational efficiency. β€’ Develop and implement standardized NPD processes to improve efficiency. β€’ Manage the new PLM product management tool. β€’ Identify and deploy tools for data analytics, project tracking, and master data management (MDM). β€’ Develop training programs for global teams on product tools, workflows, and data management best practices. β€’ Lead cross-functional alignment efforts across developing common processes and data structure. β€’ Monitor new product introductions; provide data to marketing team for NPI publications. β€’ Manage off shore Product Coordinator team and provide direction as needed. β€’ Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution related to products. β€’ Assist with new product rollouts, coordinate communications internally to ensure thorough and timely completion. β€’ Coordinate training sessions for end-users and support teams. β€’ Establish and track KPIs for product development efficiency, data integrity, and launch success. β€’ Lead the clean-up, organization, and governance of master product data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field. β€’ MBA preferred. β€’ 10+ years of experience combined product management, data management or content management, ideally in the automotive aftermarket or industrial distribution. β€’ Proven track record in process improvement, project management, managing new product releases and product launches. β€’ Familiarity with automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, or adjacent sectors (e.g., industrial goods, e-commerce B2B/B2C) is strongly preferred. β€’ Knowledge of product and catalog management tools. β€’ Strong work ethic and self driven. β€’ Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, performance scorecards, and KPIs. β€’ Able to operate in a fast-moving, matrixed, and remote-first environment. β€’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills at all organizational levels. β€’ Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to business strategy. β€’ Experience working with data and content via various systems/formats including ERP, PIM, ACES/PIES and TecDoc. β€’ Proficiency in project management tools, MDM platforms, and data analytics. β€’ Strong experience in data governance, master data clean-up, and ownership frameworks. β€’ Change management experience, particularly in transitioning from decentralized to centralized models. β€’ Fluent in English. β€’ Spanish preferred.
