• This is a great opportunity to help expand our vibration analytics department! • Work remotely, analyzing and reporting the general health of rotating equipment for customers. • Support customer experience through industry-leading products and services. • Integral to the culture and success of the company. • Opportunity to review and report on rotating equipment health. • Analyze data to predict and prevent machine failure. • Collaborate with internal team to create customer-oriented solutions. • Assist with providing preventive measures for customers. • Work towards VCAT 3 certification if not obtained already. • Comply with OSHA, safety regulation, and company standards.
• Minimum VCAT 2 certification • Preferred Bachelors or Associates degree, or equivalent experience • Preferred experience in Millwork and/or similar background • 2+ years of Vibration analysis experience preferred • 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred • Deep understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment. • Ideally comes from a background of mechanical engineering, reliability, etc. • Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite platforms • Customer-first focus and attitude, and ability to work with individuals of all corporate levels • Strong customer service skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with coworkers and customers • High motivated with strong work ethic
