Description

• Defines new and existing team member educational needs. Presents and recommends course design, technology, and appropriate instructional delivery options. • Designs educational programs according to adult learning and instructional design best practices. Incorporates feedback and ensures deliverables and timelines are met. • Ensures all educational programs have learning objectives, complete content, and documentation. • Completes all research, writing, and design instructions for each educational program, including learner manuals and facilitator guides for instructor-led classes. • Develops engaging e-learning courses that use graphics, simulations, and animations. Assists in converting instructor-led training to virtual solutions. • Ensures adherence to e-learning design standards. Maintains digital files and online learning catalog. • Observes educational programs to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement. • Engages in dialogue with trainers on delivery, content, and flow of programs. • Establishes meetings with key departments to evaluate satisfaction with existing offerings and explore new training opportunities. • Maintains up-to-date project dashboard and participates in team meetings.

Requirements

• Knowledge of functional areas processes and procedures, if applicable. • Knowledge of web technologies, instructional design software and collaboration tools and related web tools. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar products. Ability to learn and use other applications proficiently. • Practical experience translating learning outcomes into virtual deliverables. • Ability to clearly articulate ideas, concepts, and visions for learning projects. • Excellent assessment and documentation skills. • Demonstrated experience with instructional and web-based design including audience analysis and content strategies. • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills. Able to provide educational offerings that ensure translation of teachings into actions. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Ability to work effectively, independently, and as a team member.
