📋 Description
• Automate and optimize the sales process for onboarding homes to the Wander platform • Maintain and enhance our Hubspot CRM system • Integrate and manage RingCentral with our existing systems • Implement and integrate AI sales tools such as clay.com, sybill.ai, and similar • Develop custom integrations and AI automations using TypeScript or Python • Create and maintain utilities for the sales team within our software ecosystem • Design and build data dashboards for sales performance tracking and analysis • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions • Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance sales enablement efforts
🎯 Requirements
• True passion for writing code and automating processes • 2+ years of professional development experience, preferably in a sales enablement or CRM-related role • Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in sales • Strong understanding of API integrations and data management • Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation • Ability to design and implement solutions based on sales team needs • Write readable, documented, and well-tested code • Provide detailed reviews of pull requests from other developers on the team • Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills • Passion for building and optimizing systems • Interested in long-term employment and career growth at a high-growth, tight-knit company • Comfortable working in an async environment
