β€’ Develop and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team to ensure alignment with company goals. β€’ Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). β€’ Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the team and across the organization. β€’ Maintain a keen awareness of current events and trends in programmatic advertising to set the direction for the team. β€’ Create and optimize team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. β€’ Implement new project management tools and streamline workflows to increase productivity. β€’ Develop comprehensive development plans for each team member and enable them to grow. β€’ Lead the Campaigns and Data & Reporting teams. β€’ Ensure efficient marketing campaign development and execution. β€’ Analyze gathered campaign data to develop and refine strategies for key clients (1-2 clients). β€’ Ensure that campaigns are completed on time and within budget. β€’ Lead optimization strategies on top accounts, identifying and leveraging growth opportunities. β€’ Build comprehensive optimization reports and provide insights and recommendations to surpass set goals. β€’ Monitor daily key performance indicators to interpret data and gauge the success of initiatives. β€’ Conduct deep analytical dives into data and suggest A/B tests. β€’ Audit budget pacing and provide reallocation recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience in a paid media management role, either in an agency or an in-house marketing position β€’ 4+ years of people leadership experience, experience leading leaders is required β€’ Experience with digital media planning & buying β€’ Certified on DV360, CM360, SA360, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Meta β€’ Set-up experience on Search Ads (Google, Microsoft Bing, Yahoo) & DV360 β€’ Set-up experience on Meta Business Manager, CM360, and familiarity with other demand-side platforms β€’ Familiar with media & research tools like ComScore, Emarketer, etc β€’ Experienced in Google Tag Manager to understand tags and be able to identify and troubleshoot issues β€’ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, dashboards, macros, etc.) β€’ Strong understanding of the ad tech landscape β€’ Capacity to work under pressure on various business verticals β€’ Excellent English communication skills (in-person, phone & email) β€’ Strong attention to detail is required
