🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Minimum 10+ years of successful sales leadership experience within a luxury brand environment, with multi-unit experience highly preferred • Demonstrated experience working in the interior design industry with a strong understanding of the Waterworks clientele • Proven expertise in consultative sales methodologies, including exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills • A proven track record of utilizing data analytics to drive account and sales management decisions • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to make sound, decisive decisions • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment • A strong desire for professional growth and the potential to assume future leadership roles within the company • Required travel (up to 50% travel)
