β€’ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within the sales team to drive customer loyalty through excellent sales service β€’ Implement sales processes and tools to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team β€’ Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with key customer positions such as Parts Managers, Service Managers and Executives β€’ Promote current product line, introduce new product lines and assist with the promotional or service programs to customer base β€’ Assist regional customers in making sales calls with distributors and fleets in their region β€’ Provide guidance for service, warranty, new product β€’ Conduct local/national/regional trade shows to promote product and provide guidance for potential new distributors β€’ Helps develop the brand through the representation of products, programs, capabilities, and partnerships β€’ Completion of sales reports such as forecasts, territory business plans, prospect forecasting, and other reports as needed β€’ Execution of sales strategies to achieve account sales targets and expand the customer base β€’ Manage customer contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits β€’ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key areas for growth β€’ Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently meet and exceed sales goals β€’ Provide ongoing training to sales staff to ensure product knowledge and sales techniques are up to date β€’ Collaborate with marketing to effectively promote our products and services β€’ Other duties as assigned.

β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Highly motivated β€’ Experience in achieving sales goals β€’ Strategic thinker β€’ Good computer skills β€’ Extensive knowledge of the commercial highway vehicle market β€’ Significant sales experience β€’ Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team
