📋 Description

• Wealthsimple is on a mission to help everyone achieve financial freedom by reimagining what it means to manage your money. • Using smart technology, we take financial services that are often confusing, opaque and expensive and make them transparent and low-cost for everyone. • We are seeking a Credit Reporting Manager to play a critical role in shaping and implementing our Credit Reporting Program. • Reporting to the Director of Payment Operations and Compliance, this position will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, improving data accuracy, and enhancing reporting processes. • This role is an exciting opportunity to shape Wealthsimple’s credit reporting strategy, influence industry best practices, and work at the forefront of fintech innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in credit reporting, credit risk, compliance, or related fields within financial services or fintech. • Strong understanding of Metro 2® reporting format and best practices for credit bureau data correction. • Experience working directly with credit bureaus and managing dispute resolution processes. • Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across multiple teams. • Familiarity with automated credit reporting systems and regulatory audit processes.
