Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to drive user engagement, conversion, and retention through design solutions. • Experience with A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven design methodologies. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to think strategically and creatively, balancing business goals with user needs. • Ability to work independently and drive projects forward. • Passionate about personal finance and investing, and excited to share these ideas with others. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
