• The HR Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive compliance program to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions as necessary. • Manage compliance requirements across multiple states, ensuring consistency and adherence to state-specific regulations. • Facilitate the acquisition and maintenance of necessary licenses, permits, and certifications required for operations in various states. • Develop and update compliance policies, guidelines, and training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices. • Monitor and assess compliance risks and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders. • Work closely with internal departments such as Legal, Human Resources, Operations, and Finance to align compliance efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP) preferred. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in a multi-state environment; BPO experience preferred.
